Full Design Contest Part 2

Contest Part 2 - Spring Zapper Redesign
The goal of Part 2 of the contest is to reduce the overall size & weight of the design and increase it's ergonomics. The second part of the contest has fewer restrictions and allows for more creativity.
Overall Design Criteria

Rugged design
Hand held
Light weight
No battery required
Manufacturable by an average person in their workshop
Deliver reliable and repeatable shocks
Can be used on oneself (i.e doesn't require someone else’s help)
User friendly (the use of the device should be intuitive)
Specific Design Criteria
There are a few parts STAR design that will still need to be used.

2 or 4 super magnets
2.5" - 3" flywheel
recoil spring
Magneto
